My background includes finance leadership, strategy and planning roles at Philip Morris International, and international audit experience at Altria. I have established finance functions, recruited and developed teams, and supported management in both established businesses and new market entries.
Today, I bring that experience to independent consulting assignments, combining financial judgement with direct involvement in implementation.
Current work for a cross-border trading business includes process design and Odoo implementation coordination across order processing, purchasing, inventory, deliveries and invoicing. It also covers EDI workflow integration, testing and operational documentation.
